The PREMIER HOCKEY LEAGUE (PHL) is a 4 team, men's adult hockey league. Games (8pm & 9pm) are played on Friday nights from October to April & are played at the Hamilton 4 Pad Arena. Players are entered as individuals (versus team entry), are rated, & then placed on a team, which in turn have overall ratings in an effort to keep overall league parity. The objective of the PHL is to attain the highest calibre of non-contact hockey possible within the guidelines of sportsmanship & recreation, while promoting fun & fellowship for all that participate. Each team has a player representative who helps promote our league philosophy. The PHL has one league sponsor--The Lookout Lounge--which is conveniently located in the Hamilton 4 Pad Arena. A major factor in achieving our goal of competitive sportsmanship is for all league members to support our sponsor after league games. This interaction between all league players is essential in developing familiarity with other players, building friendships, & mending the occasional fence. All players who participate in the PHL must agree to, & also demonstrate, this unified philosophy.

There are 24 guaranteed games (21 regular season & minimum 3 playoff).

    League fees are $400.00.
